You are invited to experience the opening of your body in a soft, gentle nurturing environment. You will enjoy aromatherapy while relaxing in supported postures, allow the imprinting of positive affirmations to saturate your every thought, conditioning the body, the mind and the soul to move forward in life without obstruction.

Every chakra opening posture comes complete with hand-blended (by Jolie) aromatherapy, positive affirmations & bells, completing the process with a chakra balancing exercise and visualization.

Come experience stretching, breathing, relaxing and integration in a supportive, nurturing environment while Jolie shares her deep love and knowledge of Yoga.

Workshop is held at the Yoga Vista Studio from 1:00 - 4:00 pm. Cost is $45, and $50 at the door.
