Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A complete yoga practice encompasses three key areas: strength, flexibility and stamina. Most of our Hatha
Yoga classes provide a well-rounded experience of all three. However, for those wanting to add a bit more of a
cardio workout to their practice, consider a Hatha Active or
Ashtanga class.
Several of our Hatha teachers incorporate Vinyasa Flow Yoga into their active yoga classes. It is recommended for yoga-familiar beginners and intermediate students -
and those wanting
to just give it a try. (There is always child's pose!)
