Danielle attends a variety of yoga conferences, workshops, and retreats contributing to her interdisciplinary style.
"Originally, I began practicing yoga to heal my aching back. It became clear, very quickly, that yoga encompasses much more than just improving one's physical health. The true gift of yoga lies in its unique ability to bring the feeling of peace, calm and balance into our fast-paced lives."
Along with being co-owner of the Yoga Vista Studio, Danielle has fifteen years experience working, volunteering, and training for organizations committed to human services, education and leadership development. Currently, she teaches on-going professional development workshops at Mira Costa College and facilitates training for the National Service organization AmeriCorps*VISTA, otherwise known as “the domestic Peace Corps.”
Danielle holds a B.A. degree from University of California, San Diego and completed the Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach Level One training at the Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology Institute.
