Sally began her study of Yoga in 1998. Encountering some painful backaches, she began
to seek alternative ways to overcome the pain. That's where she discovered her practice in yoga.
Since then she has deepen her study and began to explore other yogic traditions and approaches
taking Iyengar, Hatha and Vinyasa Flow workshops. certified RTY200, and working towards her 500 hrs.
Sally enjoys,
travel, reading, movies and helping others to discover the benefits of yoga.

Power Vinyasa Yoga

If you like your yoga class to be loose and unpredictable then this class is for you! Our
Power Vinyasa class offers a healthy, challenging workout that is intense and flowing.
With an emphasis on strength and flexibility, the class is designed to make you strong and stress free. You will be encouraged to listen to your body,
work at your level and express your highest level of energy and freedom! Level 2-3 Active.
Vinyasa Flow
A Vinyasa Flow style class with emphasis on creativity & alignment. This class is taught with
guided instruction and is a thoughtful sequence of sun salutations, standing, and seated postures.
This class incorporates deep breathing, relaxation, and meditation to calm the mind, preparing you
for the day ahead. Options are always given for modification of poses to meet different skill levels.
