Karen

Karen Singer is a Registered Yoga Teacher and graduate of True Nature School of Yoga. She began practicing yoga in 2006 as part of her workout routine when an injury from running left her searching for the healing benefits of yoga. Karen found comfort in Yoga and acquired a deeper awareness for the mind, body and breath connection that Yoga provides. She now enjoys a variety of athletic activities including Yoga, hiking, running and circuit training.
Karen holds a B.A. in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Education. Her teaching background combined with her passion for Yoga allows her to provide a wonderful balance for her students. She uses meditation, asanas and breathing techniques in her Yoga class while encouraging her students to practice gratitude for their bodies and deepening their own personal practice. Karen firmly believes in the importance of adding yoga into every fitness routine; increasing flexibility, balance and strength and opening the mind and heart to endless possibilities.
