Jessica

Jessica suffered from depression and anxiety since childhood. In college she was introduced to mindfulness-based acceptance and commitment therapy by a forward thinking therapist. For the first time, Jessica gained real relief from her symptoms, eventually allowing her to release her 10-year mental health medication regimen and live a joyful life. She now serves as a yoga teacher dedicated to inspiring people to naturally live healthier, happier lives.
