Jade

Jade is a E-RYT registered with the Yoga Alliance. "I was introduced to yoga after a back injury. It was at this time had truly discovered my passion. I was amazed at how this ancient science positively impacted my life. I instantly felt an increase in physical health, as well as inner peace, and mental calmness. Yoga completed me, allowing me to enjoy a more balanced lifestyle."

After attending a 200-hour yoga training program, Jade began to teach and spread the beautiful gift of yoga. Jade Butler has been enjoying teaching yoga for many years. She has had the pleasure of sharing her love of yoga with our community through many local health spas, fitness organizations, and yoga studios.

 

"I take pleasure in my responsibility to knowledgeably teach Classical Hatha Yoga with compassion, respect, and safety, as our teachers before us have done. I am grateful to be of service to you, sharing my passion for Yoga. It is my intention to share the purity, simplicity, and lifelong benefits of Yoga. I wish to encourage you as you are drawn towards lifestyle choices that nourish your well-being. Your responsibility is to practice faithfully and attentively, allowing yourself to fully absorb the benefits of yoga. Through this regular and systematic practice, we as a community can enjoy individualized balance physically, mentally, and spiritually."


Morning Vinyasa

A slower vinyasa (flow) style class with emphasis on creativity & alignment. This class is taught with guided instruction and is a thoughtful sequence of sun salutations, standing, and seated postures. This class incorporates deep breathing, relaxation, and meditation to calm the mind, preparing you for the day ahead. Options are always given for modification of poses to meet different skill levels. Level 1-2/Active

Simply Gentle Yoga

This class is ideal for anyone who enjoys a gentler, slower paced yoga class. This class is taught with simple guided instruction, where each student is encouraged to "progress at your own rate and listen to the body." Simply Gentle yoga is wonderfully versatile, adaptable, and accessible to all. This class is also suitable for students with special needs, chronic pain or stress, and those returning from illness or injury. Use of a chair is optional. All Levels/Gentle.
