Connie

Seven years ago Connie took her first Anusara yoga class. As she took more and more classes, a whole new world started to open up for her. She started to feel more happiness, more strength, more energy, more compassion, more at peace with herself and the world around her.

In 2011 Connie took a step further in her yoga path and completed her 200 Hour Teacher Training Program through YogaWorks and is now a Registered Yoga Teacher. With deep gratitude in her heart, she hopes to inspire others in their journey to make the connection between mind, body and spirit, allowing the unfolding of your true Divine Self. "Yoga has blessed and changed my life in so many amazing ways. I hope to help bring these same feelings to others through the practice of yoga."

Connie has a special gift of knowing and understanding body alignment and with a gentle touch, she can guide you into a more comfortable and beneficial Hatha pose!
