Anusheh

Anusheh is a RYT and graduate from the True Nature School of Yoga. She began practicing Yoga in 2004 after moving to San Diego from the San Francisco Bay Area. Looking for peace and trying to find inner strength, she found the answer in her Yoga practice. She immediately started seeing the benefits of Yoga and was called to share this beautiful gift with others.

Anusheh is passionate about teaching Yoga and helping people practice Yoga in a way that is appropriate for them. She holds a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice Administration and is currently employed in a company that encourages and enables participation in activities and events. Her Yoga practice keeps her balanced, as she stays active with running, step-aerobics and circuit training. Anusheh is deeply grateful for her life, her loved ones and for all of her teachers.

Hatha Yoga is a series of breathing and stretching techniques to help you build more stamina, strength and flexibility to meet life's everyday challenges. Each class offers breathing exercises to encourage relaxation as well as body-toning sequences that will keep you motivated. Active - All Levels
