Our Online Yoga classes is a happening place for Seniors! It all started in 2007 when we hosted our first FREE Chair Yoga Class at the Vista Library, and started recording our Studio classes in 2011. Our Chair and Senior Yoga Online Classes are fun, safe and effective for all ages and abilities.

As the body ages, muscles and joints begin to tighten which causes discomfort and anxiety about one’s physical well-being. When mobility decreases, many Seniors find they start moping around and some even fall into depression. Yoga can reverse these feelings by simply giving you a bit of physical progress each and every day. Let’s have fun together!
