PreNatal Yoga with Erin Noland

from 11:00 - 12:00 pm $89 for 8 week series or $14 drop-in Held at Tri-City Medical Center in the French Rooms Yoga Vista and the Tri-City Medical Center have teamed up to offer Prenatal yoga classes at the hospital which are open to the public. Pre-register for the 8-week series or just come by! Yoga has been proven beneficial to pregnant women when paired with a cardiovascular exercise such as walking. Yoga can be an ideal way to stay in shape during your pregnancy. This age-old practice keeps you limber, tones your muscles, and improves your balance and circulation, with little, if any, impact on your joints.
