Greetings and Happy Spring to our Yoga Vista Community! May you enjoy these warmer, sunnier days with love and joy in your hearts. Welcome to all our new students - it is wonderful sharing yoga together with you!
New Students - What is next after the Monthly Unlimited?
We have been honored to have so many new students coming to Yoga Vista over the past several months. Many of whom have never done yoga before and have been able to enjoy the benefits of a steady yoga practice. If you are one of these new students, and want to keep your practice moving forward - consider participating in at least 1-2 classes at the studio per week, and make a commitment to start a home practice as well.
Yoga is all about taking time for ourselves - to release bodily tension, move idle energy, and go inward to find peace, creativity and joy. Keep the momentum going!
