FREE Yoga at the Library

Yoga Vista is proud to partner with the San Diego County Library System to provide FREE yoga classes to the community. We offer Gentle Yoga Classes and Baby & Me and Toddler Yoga Classes at the Vista Library, the 4S Ranch Library in Scripps Ranch and the Rancho Pensaquitos Library. Gentle Yoga at the Library

In an effort to provide aging adults with a social environment and nutritious lunch, the San Diego County Library created their "Food for Thought" program piloting first at the Vista branch. The launch of the program was done in partnership with Yoga Vista where 60 seniors were in attendance for a FREE Gentle Yoga class. Join us twice a month at the Vista Library!
