Kundalini Yoga

Just as all rivers end up in the ocean, all yoga ends up raising the kundalini. What is Kundalini? It is the creative potential of the human being. Beginners Kundalini is a weekly exploration of the fundamentals of Raja Yoga, each week we will touch on a different aspect of this yoga practice, from Pranayam, Asana, Mantra, Mudra and much more.
What will you experience in a Kundalini class, well quite simply Magic! Kundalini Yoga is a different form of yoga then Hatha. A Kundalini Class typically addresses flexibility in the spine, lots of breath work and mantra's designed to clear and uplift the mind. In Kundalini you may find asana's done quickly that raise the heart rate and the next set you may be required to be completely still. This form of yoga is designed to not only make you physically strong but it directly address the ego and attempts to disarm its hold on you so you may attain freedom.
