Yoga for Kids & the Whole Family


Family Yoga with Erin Noland

Saturday, November 19 - 12-12:45pm
Does the child in your life wonder what you do when you "go to yoga"? Bring your little yogi to the mat to discover what this beautiful practice is all about! We'll move through a 45 minute practice that includes breath work, postures and relaxation. We'll explore the animal poses (and sounds!) and work in some partner poses. This class is a great way to bond with your child and introduce them to the bliss that is practicing yoga.

  • Class best suited for kids ages 4-9, however older siblings are welcome.
  • All family members welcome!

After School Yoga for Kids

Find out why Kids Yoga is great for your children! Kids who do yoga sleep better, have more patience and tend to sit quietly more often. Led by Senior Kids Yoga Teacher, Kat Gregory, your children will learn to control their bodies, explore their breath, and learn to relax and re-group.
