At Yoga Vista, we offer a unique approach to Gentle Yoga that follows the philosophy of the "Body as a Beautiful Healing Machine" created by Mary Cavanaugh, beloved yoga mentor and Yoga Vista teacher who passed away at the age of 83 after 40 years of teaching yoga.
