Nov 13 - Find your Breath! - Larisa Ostergaard

Do you take your breath for granted? Most of us do. Our breath is our life, our life is our breath. Our breath can help us conquer our fears, meet our challenges and climb mountains. Learn simple breathing techniques that you can use on and off your yoga mat. Larisa will guide you through very useful breathing exercises and yoga poses using your mindful breathing.

Nov 20 - Strengthen Your Core - Anusheh Chavez and Karen Singer

Core strength is much more than tight abdominals. From a Yogic perspective, what is the core of who we are? The physical focus of this class is a balanced approach to core strength, learning poses that strengthen the abdominals, back, side waist and hip muscles. The broader focus is finding a deep inner strength that supports everything we do.

COST: $10/class if you pre-register online or at the studio! No series cards or unlimited passes. $15/at the door.
