Opening Tight Hips with Shazia Gogia
Saturday, February 11 - 12-2 pm
Hip’s ROM (range of motion) is naturally way less than some of the other big joints in
the body. No wonder most of us have “tight hips”! Tight hips lead to pain in lower back,
knees and lower body. Tight Hips also cause Sciatica which creates a radiating pain in
the buttocks, down the back of the thigh, into the leg. Connecting the dots yet?
Hips are foundation for weight bearing on which rest of the body sits. We will work on
stretching deep embedded hip muscles, and gently stretching and lengthening hip
flexors and hip rotators, thus increasing mobility in hips, lower back and spine. We will
also work on opening pelvic bowl because…. everything is “linked".
Level: Gentle-Moderate. New
students welcome.
Price: $35 pre-registered by Feb 8th, and $40 at the door

This fast-paced interactive class will be taught by medical intuitive Sue Hannibal, author of the forthcoming book, Emotional Detox: True Stories of Ordinary People Who Found Extraordinary Healing.
You will learn to combine your own intuition (everybody has it) with metaphor interpretation to discern your own and others physical/emotional dysfunctions, and discover some fascinating hidden roots of phobias and panic attacks.
Sue will do some mini readings for students, so bring your issues!
